Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PKT) on business days are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends ship on Monday.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, address changes are allowed within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer support team immediately for updates.
What if my package is damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Do you ship to remote areas?
Yes! We deliver to most cities and towns across Pakistan through LCS and PostEx. Remote or rural areas may take an extra 1–2 days for delivery.
Can I expedite my order after placing it?
Express delivery can be arranged if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, your parcel will be held at the nearest LCS or PostEx office for pickup or returned to us.
