How to Return an Item

Prepare Your Package
Place items in original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number and original receipt or gift receipt. Use a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding.
Ship Your Return
Send to our returns center address (provided with RMA). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
Processing & Refund
