Returns Policy
Everything you need to know about returning an order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- At least 80% of the fragrance must remain in the bottle.
- The bottle and atomizer must be completely undamaged.
- Original packaging must be in pristine condition, with all components included.
- The return must be initiated within 99 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
- Bottles with less than 80% fragrance remaining, or damaged bottles/packaging.
- Personalised or engraved items.
- Items discounted 50% or more at time of purchase.
- Returns initiated after the 99-day window.
How to Return
- Contact us — email support@oudilux.com or call +92 (325) 021-0055 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack & ship — pack the item in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the parcel, and ship it to our Mian Channu address.
- Inspection — we inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt.
- Refund issued — once approved, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.
Refund Timelines
- Digital wallets — 3–7 business days.
- Bank transfers — 7–10 business days.
- A 10–20% deduction may apply for damaged packaging.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
